Le Thi Thu, 84 years old, passed away on December 24, 2025 in Sacramento, California, United States of America.  She had led a life filled with love. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. Her children, grandchildren, and other family members  were always at the center of her life. 

Le Thi Thu was born to Le Van Hoai and Tran Thi Lai on January 31, 1941, in Saigon, Vietnam.  After graduating high school, she became an employee at Vietnam National Bank located at 17 Ben Chuong Duong, Saigon, and worked in the banking industry for 30 years.  She married Cao Truong Tho on November 13, 1968.  She was a proud mother of five beautiful daughters. 

Thu and her five daughters migrated to the U.S. in August 1991. Through her unwavering love and support, her children strived and succeeded in their new country.   Thu sent her savings back to Vietnam to help her mother, brothers, neighbors and anyone who needed help.  

Thu had a passion for gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.  

She is survived by five daughters, their spouses  and eleven grandchildren.
