A Life Remembered ...

Hang Thuy Le, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 27, 2026 at

her home in Sacramento, CA.

She was born on January 1, 1967, in Hue, Viet Nam to Dap Le and Thieu

Mai Le.

In 1972, the family migrated to Saigon where she spent most of her life.

She was the eldest daughter in the family of 5 siblings, 4 girls and 1 boy.

She is survived by her dad: Dap Le; her 3 sisters: Nga Le, Minh Le, Ngoc Le;

her brother: Triet Le; 3 nephews: Khoi Nguyen Nguyen, Quang Minh

Nguyen, Tom Le; and 2 nieces: Kaylyn Le and Minh Ngoc Petpaisit.

She was known as a devoted daughter and sister, a perfectionist, talented,

kind-hearted, stubborn, sensitive and thoughtful person. Her love for her

family was unconditional.

She was an outstanding student since elementary throughout high school

and was especially very good at literature and English. Her love for learning

was so profound. She attended and received multiple degrees in Saigon,

Viet Nam such as College and University of Education (AA and BS in

English), University of Economics (BS), Law University (2 years). She held

multiple positions as an English teacher, Secretary for a CEO of Riverside –

Continental, HR Manager at Elidas P/S & Walls, R&D Director at Unilever,

Senior Manager at BAT. She also conducted and taught Professional

Marketing classes and a freelancer of stock exchange and real estate.

In 2012, she and the youngest brother came to the United States to reunite

with her parents in San Jose, CA.

In 2019, the family moved to Sacramento, CA. She continued her education

and received a BA - Summa Cum Laude in Psychology.

She enjoyed cooking, designing and making clothes, gardening, arranging

flowers, home décor, listening to music, writing poetry, and playing piano.

Hang was preceded into eternal life by her mother, Thieu Mai Le.

She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
