"I am beyond thankful for all Aubree Mejia & Sacramento Memorial Lawn provided for my baby to have a beautiful service! I couldn’t have asked for any other person to help through this heartache I’ve gone through. She made everyday so peaceful & easy for me to get through! I recommend this funeral home to anyone in need of service arrangements for their loved ones."

"After reading all these bad reviews, I can’t believe it’s the same place. Sacramento Memorial Lawn was not only wonderful to myself but also to all my family and visitors that came during the viewing and funeral services. They went above and beyond to help my family through this difficult time. John was our funeral director and was best and was so patient with us and really took his time to answer all our questions and we had lots of them. I highly recommend their services, I called other funeral homes and everything was separate pricing, which was harder to try just to see how much everything was going to cost or was crazy expensive but Sacramento Memorial Lawn has packages that covers about everything from the memorial programs to the flowers. So you don’t have to worry about anything during this difficult time and making so many discussions. I was worried about seeing my grandfather being all caked up in makeup during the viewing, as I seen other funeral homes have done to their loved ones, but they did such a wonderful job. He looked like himself and had great color, they really took care of him. Everyone in my family so was pleased. The floral arrangements that we received for the cremation package where just beautiful and the colors where perfect. Each time I had to go Sacramento Memorial Lawn their staff was wonderful and make me feel comfortable. Though we didn’t ending using burial spot on the grounds, Monique was able to answer my questions and was respectful when we had some mini crying breakdowns and was so understanding. I would like give a huge thank you to Sergio and Tori for helping out during my grandfather’s services and to Jonny for being so polite when I would come up there. Adrianna for doing such a wonderful & beautiful job of the photo memory cd and on the memorial programs. They were perfect!! Thank you again Sacramento Memorial Lawn for making this a smooth process during one of the hardest times in our lives. We truly do appreciate your services and will always be grateful for your kindness."

"Pros:
Two weeks ago my father passed away. We had no idea where to go. From a large list of different funeral homes I picked one that was close to the Asian area on Stockton Blvd in Sacramento. The next morning I Received a phone call from Jane, Funeral Counselor/Arranger, Community Outreach Liaison. Being bi-lingual She explained the process and choices of different packages for funeral services. She was able to help me with traditions, the do’s and fonts in Vietnamese culture. Once we settled on what to do she made the process very simple. Everything we needed was provided, she provided the expectations of the county, because during COVID-19 there are rules that have to be followed. Everything that’s the funeral home said they would do was done. She followed up every step of the way to make sure that everything was done so that the process was simple for us. Having never been the person responsible for planning a funeral Jane made the experience very easy.

Cons:
Since there are no perfect experiences I will include some things that were not so great. The chapel was very nice, big and roomy. Because of covid-19 we were only able to have 10 people in the room at a time. We were not able to have a full service. We could not group together and share our memories of him, hug and embrace each other. So I still give a 5 star rating because this is beyond the control of the funeral home.

I read many short reviews of how horrible this place was a year ago. I never experienced any of these things. I detail my experience so that readers know that this review is clear and true. If I see a short review of one or two sentences I tend to think that they are fake. So please read the positive and negative reviews and determine for yourself what is true.

Khanh :)"
