Leticia Agustin de la Cruz, born April 14, 1949 in Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she passed away suddenly on December 5, 2014 in Sacramento, California. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Magellan Bitanga de la Cruz; son Glen Biete (Lanie); daughter Jennifer Ramit (Michael); daughter Angeline Palor (Boyet); Cristina Tumacder (Bong); 10 grandchildren, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Leticia had the purest heart and was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a gift from God to those who were fortunate to know and love her. She will be dearly missed and always in our hearts.
