Obituary of Kim Binh Nong

Kim Binh Nong, 67, of Sacramento, CA passed away on June 6, 2019 at Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento. Kim was born in Vietnam to father, Nghiep Gia Nong, and mother, Thi Ngan Hoang, on March 7, 1952. He served in the Chinese Army, worked in various casinos in Northern California and retired as a Chef after many years. Kim enjoyed watching sports on television. Some of his favorites were the Olympics, soccer and table tennis. He also enjoyed music and could play any string instrument. He liked reading the daily newspaper to stay informed. He loved the company of his family and friends. Kim is survived by his wife, seven children and eight grandchildren. Wife: Diane Nong To. Children: My Kristy Nong, Mindy Bills, Mary Nong, Alan Nong, Phuong Michelle Dickson, Stephanie Nong, and Christopher Nong. Grandchildren: Cory Pride Jr., Myquela Pride, Harlem King, Julian Dickson, Videl Sengon, Genevieve Dickson, Apollo King, and Jiren Sengon. Funeral service will be held at Sacramento Memorial Lawn; 6100 Stockton Blvd.; Sacramento, CA on Wednesday June 12, 2019 at 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Burial will follow after the Chinese ceremony service. Sacramento Memorial Lawn will be handling the funeral and burial arrangements. Monetary memorial donations may be made to the Nong Family at the funeral service.
