Eduardo Liam Quan passed away in Sacramento, California on June 11, 2021 at the age of 82. Eduardo is survived by his loving wife of 48 years. They were married in Manila, Philippines. Eduardo is lovingly remembered by his four sons, Lawrence, Andrew, David, and Melvin, his two daughters-in-law, Carolyn and Diana, and his grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Michael, Patrick, Amy, and Benjamin. Eduardo was born in Cotabato, Philippines on August 11, 1938. He graduated from Cotabato Chinese High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in 1974. He worked in selling textiles, running a propane business for Consumer Products, delivering mail for the US Post Office, operating a Chinese restaurant, and finally working for the Board of Equalization. The funeral service will be held at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA on June 26, 2021 at 11am. Burial to follow at 12:30pm. A lunch reception will take place afterwards.
