Sacramento Memorial Lawn honors the life of Neil David Silva. 

Neil David Silva was born March 17, 2022, to Manual and Marguerite Silva. Neil attended school in Sacramento, CA and enlisted in the Army after graduation. He was stationed at Fort Ord Military Base in the Monterey Bay area. In 1986 he married the love of his life, Rosemary. The two enjoyed many wonderful years together, raising their daughters and enjoying each other’s company. He absolutely adored his family. Neil enjoyed many hobbies. Some of his favorites included low rider cars, grilling, The Raiders, and listening to old school music, especially “Tower of Power”. His zeal for life was evident to all those blessed to know him.

Neil is survived by his loving wife Rosemary Silva; three daughters, Nicole Marie (Megan) Black, Kelly Marie Silva, Marguerite Elois Silva; eight grandchildren, Savone Mercado, Elisa Mercado, Jocelynn Doucette, Jamere Doucette, Malakai Black, Caleb Black, Layla Black, Madeline Black; two brothers, Justin Silva, Manual Silva; one sister, Karen Silva; and a host of many relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
