Born: January 7, 1939 - April 15, 2023

Our precious mother Virginia Dorothy G. Manliguez, was welcomed to heaven on April 15 th , 2023, joining with

his husband Teodulo Manliguez, Roy Manliguez (son) and Caroline Morris (daughter). 

Virginia was born in Cebu, Philippines, and grew up in Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte. She married the late

Teodulo Manliguez in 1958 and lived in the Philippines then migrated to USA and settled in Sacramento,

California.

She devoted her entire life taking care of her children and grandchildren. She was immensely proud of her

family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Virginia is proud to be a member of Cursillista De

Colores in the Philippines. Since then, she has been active in our local church activities and has been praying

each day.

On her younger years, she loves to cook, travel, and get together with family. She also loves to eat sweet

desserts, listening to dance music and oldies, watching food network and Tagalog telesera, traveling and most

of all she loves to make funny faces and collecting holy rosaries, Sacred heart of Jesus and ceramic angels to

give it to her family and friends.

She is survived by his son John and daughters Ruth and Stella, and a loving extended family-in-laws Mylene,

grandson Michael, Epefanio, and Medina. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Virginia will be dearly missed by many people with her cute funny faces, kindness, jokes, and her passion to

care for and pray for her loved ones.
