Herminio Aglubat Doctolero was born on April 25, 1940 to Arsenio and Guillerma Doctolero in the municipality of Tubao La Union Philippines.
He passed away in his home in South San Francisco on October 22, 2023 at the age of 83.
Herminio is survived by his wife Agnes, children Michael and Abby (daughter-in-law) Genevieve and Kenneth (son-in- law); granchildren Maddelin and Benjamin (grandson-in-law), Maxwell, Luke, and Matthew.
