Rogelio (Roy) Garcia born in Porterville, California March 14, 1928, entered in to rest in Sacramento, California June 1, 2012 Roy, a man of many titles: US Army veteran of a foreign war, respected retired Landscape contractor, devoted Husband, beloved Father, Great Grandfather, Grandfather, Uncle and Friend leaves with dignity at the age of 84 after battling with lung cancer for almost 5 years. He loved fishing, Singing, being out doors, staying busy looking for work and running the show on or off the job site! He could not understand why people couldn't find work. HE WAS ALWAYS BUSY! He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Friends are invited to a Visitation Sunday, June 10, 2012 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at Sacramento Memorial Lawn 6100 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento. A Rosary will be said at 6:30 pm Sunday. Funeral Services will held at Sacramento Memorial Lawn at 12:00 noon. Monday, June 11, 2012
