BONNEAU, Edith Helen Feb. 26, 1927 - July 16, 2010 On Friday, July 16, 2010 at age 83, Edie passed away in her sleep. She was born and raised in Sacramento. As an infant, she lived on 22nd Ave, as a young girl, 21st Ave, then she married, and raised her family on 23rd Ave where she lived for the next 45 years. She attended local elementary school, Stanford J.H. and McClatchy H.S. Edie loved to cook, enjoyed fishing and camping and played the slot machines in Reno. Edie is preceded in death by her ex-husband, John Bruce Bonneau, two sons, William Earl and Johnny Bruce Bonneau; parents Earl and Alice Truax, and her sister Earlene O'Blenness. Survived by her son Michael Bruce Bonneau (Cheryl), three grandchildren, Michael Bruce and Matthew John Bonneau, and Lisa Marie Foster (Kevin), one great grandson, Matthew Domino Bonneau, her brother Roy Truax (Erma) and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 11:30 am at Sacramento Memorial Lawn in the Main Chapel, followed by a short graveside service.
