Loving husband and father, Freddie is survived by his wife Thelma, children Cynthia D. Osborne (Leonard), Kenneth Jackson, Alfred Jackson(Deborah), and Kymberli Renfro (Patrick). A son, Artimus Parker Sr. preceded him in death. Freddie is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. He served his country as a Sgt. for the US Army, and was a proud and dedicated letter carrier for the US Postal Service for 50 years. Viewing to be held Friday 3/25, 10-10:45 am, with a Celebration of Life at 11:00am, both at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd.
