Obituary of Milton Monroe Jones

Milton was born in Wichita, KS on January 3, 1931; He went home to glory peacefully on August 19, 2011. He worked as an aerospace plastics fabricator with Boeing and Aerojet working on the Titan rocket. He is preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Ann Howard and son Kevin Monroe Jones. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Glora M. Jones, his daughter Linda K. Howard and son Eric A. Jones, grandchildren Brian Stepp, Traci Howard-Richards and Monroe Howard-Shackelford and two great-grandchildren, his sister Alda Skillman, and a host of family members and friends. The visitation and viewing will be held 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27 at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95824. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, August 29 at 11:00 a.m. at the Antioch Progressive Church located at 7650 Amherst Street, Sacramento, CA 95826.
