Jose "CARLOS" Garcia Born November 24, 1955 in Mexicali, Mexico. He passed away peacefully Sunday, May 11, 2014 in Sacramento, CA. He has now joined our loving brother Luis in Heaven. He is survived by his loving mother Petra Garcia-Pena,Stepfather Miguel Pena, brothers Armando, Steven, Daniel and "Chapo". Sisters Sylvia and Rosa. He also leaves behind his 5 beautiful children Carlos A., Lilliana, Jaime, Marysol and Carlos E. as well as 7 wonderful grandchildren Carlos Jr., Luis, Julian, Cynthia, baby Jaime, Jezelle and Juno. Your smile always lights up the room. We miss you. You will always be in our hearts.
