REYES, Paul M. Paul M. Reyes "Boots" born on Aug. 1st, 1920 in Tuscon, Arizona, passed away Aug. 31st 2014 in Sacramento, CA. Paul attended Sacramento High School and served as Private First Class in the Army during WWII "The Battle of the Bulge" receiving the American Theater Service Medal, European African Middle Eastern Service Medal, Good conduct Medal and the Victory Medal. Paul also worked for Southern Pacific Railroad for 37 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Pedro Reyes, mother Antonia, son Peter Reyes and daughter Rosie Ortega. He is survived by his wife Rosaura Reyes,, sons Paul Jr. and Ruben Reyes, and one daughter Nellie Nicholas. 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren. Sacramento Memorial Lawn honors the life of Paul Reyes.
