Savoeun Khao was born October 3, 1986 in Modesto, California and passed away April 20, 2010 in Sacramento,California at the age of 23. She is survived by her parents, Khoeun Khao and Khatny Pon of Sacramento. Visitation will be held Friday, April 30, 2010 from 10am to 2pm and Services will be Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Noon at the Sacramento Memorial Lawn Garden Chapel. Cremation will follow. Inurnment to take place at the Wat Dhammararam Buddhist Temple in Stockton, California. Jon L. Fullerton is the director in charge of arrangements.
