LAQUAGLIA, Carol Jean (Wycoff) August 2, 1924 - April 26, 2014 Carol was born in Iowa, lived in Sacramento most of her life, served in the SPARS during WWII. Mother, world traveler, animal lover, and a great friend to many, especially her friends in the ''White Car Club'', passed away after a short illness. She will be missed greatly. In lieu flowers, donations should be made to the SPCA or KVIE.
