Pergan Ram Birdi, was born January 8, 1941 in Punjab, India to parents Gurdass Ram Birdi and Rajo Kaur. He passed away in Sacramento, California on his birthday in the year 2014, at the age of 73. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Gian Kaur Birdi, 3 sons, 2 daughters, and 6 grandchildren. Always a gentleman, Pergan took pride in his appearance and was always clean and meticulous. He loved to read and travel, and spend time with his family. He will be dearly missed.
