Vlantis, Jeanne A. - Born Jeanne Antoinette Vlantis on 18 April 1963 and died peacefully in Auburn, CA. on March 7, 2018 from coronary artery disease. She is survived by her daughter Cassandra, her brothers George and Jim, her sister-in-law Sara, her aunt Marge Leidich, her cousins Kevin Leidich, S.J., George Simotas, Tony Simotas, the Vaheys and numerous other cousins. Jeanne was born in San Francisco, graduated from St. Vincent de Paul grammar school, St. Rose Academy and the College of Marin. Jeanne was a loving mother to Cassandra and shared that affection with people she knew and interacted with. Jeanne enjoyed life. Cassandra, was her pride and joy, her rock and source of inspiration. In the last few years Jeanne showed much strength and courage as she faced many challenges in making her life better. For fun she enjoyed close friends, furry pets, needlepoint, video games, writing, card games and the S.F. Giants. She always greeted others with a smile and welcomed everyone she met.
