Born Beverly Ann Sommers on July 3, 1938 in Sacramento, California, Beverly entered into rest Monday, March 22, 2010 in Sacramento at the age of 71 after a long illness. Beverly always showed her compassion and willingness by helping others. As a volunteer at the local food bank and by delivering senior food baskets she helped her neighbors. Beverly was a longtime caretaker to her dear friend before her illness. She loved to cook and tend to her plants. She found quiet solitude in the countryside near lakes and streams, and always loved fishing.
