Thuy Quang Le, age 62, passed away peacefully at his home in Elk Grove, California on Monday, September 13, 2010. He was born to Le Van En and Khong Thi Luyen on June 14, 1948 in Hai Phong, Vietnam and then lived in Saigon and Vung Tau, Vietnam and London, England before settling in Elk Grove. He worked for Apple until his retirement in 2004. Mr. Le was an active member of TNT Radio and a volunteer for many Vietnamese community programs in Sacramento. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Hien (Helen) and his children Theresa, Ann, Joseph, Catherine, and Maria as well as two grandchildren, Clara and Eddie. He is further survived by his father, Le Van En, his sisters Mary Anh Le and Tuyet Le, and many other beloved relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. (Rosary will start at 7 p.m.) on Friday, September 17th at the Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 18th at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 9539 Racquet Court, Elk Grove. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery 6700 21st Ave, Sacramento following the funeral Mass. The family will be accepting memorial donations which will be given to Chau Son Vietnamese Catholic Seminary in Lam Dong, Vietnam.
