Charles Julian Osckle was born on May 4, 1931 and entered into rest on January 30, 2018. Charles is native to Colorado and has lived in the Sacramento area since 1962. Charles served in the United States Air Force and later worked as a butcher. Charles is survived by his daughter, April Swihart and several friends he had considered family. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service in honor of Charles at Sacramento Memorial Lawn at 11:00 am on March 9, 2018.
