Toan Van Nguyen Was born in Vietnam on July 5, 1956 to Bay and Mai Nguyen and entered into rest in Sacramento, California on October 17, 2018. On leisure time Toan loved to listen to music, landscape his yard and play chess. In Toans early years he was a missionary in Vietnam and for the last 30 years he worked as an electrical engineer. Toan is survived by his loving wife; Ngocdung Tran, son; Khanh, four brothers and two sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.
