A native of California, Doris was born in the town of Florin on July 15, 1919. She entered Nirvana in Sacramento on April 7, 2010 at 90 years of age. Doris is survived by her beloved husband of over 60 years, Y. Fred Hirotani, sister Amy, nephews Alan and Ronald, and nieces Lisa, Denise, Yuri, and Sachi. Preceded in death by her parents Masaburo and Fumiko Tsuji, sister Irene and her husband James Hirotani, brother Bill Tsuji and his wife Chieko, brother Sam Tsuji and his wife Kae, and nephew Ken Tsuji. Doris loved to travel with Fred visiting parts of the world as close as Alaska and as far away as Germany. She was an outgoing lady with a heart of gold, always making friends and donating her time and money to charitable causes. In her spare time she liked to knit, crochet, and bowl at Land Park Bowl. She will be dearly missed. Private services to be held. No Koden please.
