Obituary of Herman Alfred Magett

Sacramento Memorial Lawn Honors the Life of Herman Alfred Magett Herman Alfred Magett, born November 2, 1936 in Oneida,Ar and died July 11, 2019 at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento Ca after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 yrs, Nina Magett, his parents Rufus and Irene Crane Magett, his son Ruben Campbell Robinson, his sister Josepine Covington, his brothers Woodrow, Ike, LK, Rufus Jr and Eldridge Magett. He leaves to mourn his passing his only daughter Dorris Magett Conner (David) of Cordova, TN, his sons Alfred Magett of Sacramento CA and Kenneth Magett of Jacksonville Fl, grand sons Devin Conner (Erin) of Naples FL and Daniel Conner of Cordova Tn. Mourning him also are his grandchildren Cedric Robinson, Carla Robinson, Ryan and Bianca Lyons, 8 great grandchildren in Milwaukee, WI, his sisters Gloria and Hiawatha Magett, Dorothy White and his brother Torricelli Magett, and a host of beloved nieces and nephews, family and friends. Even though he lived his adult life in Sacramento, he would never miss an opportunity to travel east to visit his cherished family and friends. A private memorial for extended family and friends will be held at a later date.
