Gladys Esther Warren of Auburn, Ca passed away peacefully on December 15, 2010, in Auburn with family members around her. Gladys was born on September, 16, 1917 in Alberta, Canada, one of 12 children and was the sole survivor of her siblings. She was married to Raymond Warren, who was affiliated with Contadina Foods and Carnation Company for over 40 years, who preceded her in death in 1987. They were Woodland residents for 30 years, active in Girl and Boy Scouts and enjoyed outdoor activities. Gladys was a homemaker and known for her exceptional baking. Gladys was also a very devoted Mother and Grandmother. Gladys is survived by her children, Carolyn Warren of Washington, Utah, Claudia Roberts of Auburn, Ca, Garry Warren and daughter-in-law Joan, who reside both in Sacramento and San Francisco. Gladys is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great- grand children and 1 great-great grandchild. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Cancer Society. Services: Family and friends are welcome to celebrate Gladys's life at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA. There will be viewing from 5-7 pm on December 20, 2010 and services at 10:00 a.m. on December 21, 2010.
